Ashwati Murali is a licensed Ayurvedic Practitioner (NAHHP, ONTARIO) and a Registered Massage Therapist who holds a postgraduate degree in clinical research. Ashwati’s connection with Ayurveda and massage therapy has its roots in Kerala, home to the centuries-old tradition of Ayurveda. She took her first step into the world of Ayurveda by learning Ayurvedic Health Science from Kerala.

Her keen interest in therapeutic massage and bodywork motivated her to complete various massage therapy courses in Canada and become a Registered Massage Therapist.

The strong desire to use her skills to help people in pain and promote holistic wellness inspired Ashwati to launch Let's RelaXx Wellness Centre.

With more than 14 years of experience in guiding her clients to better health, today, Ashwati is devoted to spreading the message of health and wellness through Ayurveda and the healing power of massage therapy.
